Airport transfers from Dehradun (DED) can be arranged for you at a small additional cost to ensure your arrival is completely stress-free.

Our kitchen serves purely vegetarian, sattvic food. If you have specific allergies or require vegan or gluten-free options, simply inform us upon booking and we will accommodate you.

Yes. Retreats are less intensive than Teacher Training Courses. You will have free time incorporated into your daily schedule to explore cafes, ashrams, and the local markets.
