Asana Practice: Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

Daily asana sessions rooted in classical Hatha and mindful Vinyasa cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and embodied awareness. Exploring alignment, posture, and movement intelligence to support longevity and safety in practice.

Pranayama & Conscious Breathing

Progressive exploration of pranayama techniques that regulate energy, support emotional balance, and deepen meditation. Participants develop a nuanced understanding of how breath influences the nervous system.

Yoga Philosophy & Meditation

A gradual journey from guided awareness to longer seated meditation. Engaging discussions on key yogic teachings—including the Eight Limbs of Yoga—presented as practical frameworks for self-awareness and conscious living.

Sound Healing & Reflective Integration

Evening sound healing and guided relaxation sessions support nervous system regulation and emotional integration. Facilitated discussions and journaling encourage self-inquiry and reflection throughout the week.
