Classical Pranayama Techniques
Foundational techniques such as Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, and Nadi Shodhana. Taught progressively with emphasis on safety, rhythm, and awareness.
Nervous System Regulation
Understand the direct connection between breath and the autonomic nervous system. Learn how to consciously activate the parasympathetic (rest & digest) response.
Theory of Prana & Energy Flow
Introduction to the yogic concept of prana and subtle energy channels (nadis), bridging traditional philosophy with the modern understanding of respiratory health.
