Yoga Darshanam & Mantra

Anatomy & Adjustments
Foundational knowledge of muscles and joints supporting safer practice, alongside essential alignment principles and safe hands-on adjustments.

Participants are provided with shared or private rooms at our boutique guesthouse. Each room includes basic furnishings, comfortable bedding, and attached bathrooms with hot water.
Common spaces are available for quiet reflection and relaxation. The overall atmosphere is intentionally calm and supportive.
Satvic Yogic Diet
All meals follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity.
The food philosophy emphasizes fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are completely avoided to promote metabolic balance.
