Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive foundation combining physical practice, breathwork, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology to support professional development.
Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Primary Series
Learn traditional Hatha asanas focused on alignment and breath awareness, alongside the structured Ashtanga Primary Series using breath, posture, and gaze (tristhana).
Anatomy, Physiology & Adjustments
Gain practical knowledge of muscles, joints, and body systems. Learn correct posture alignment, ethical adjustment techniques, verbal cueing, and hands-on assists.
Pranayama, Meditation & Nidra
Study essential breathing techniques, mudras, and classical techniques of dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation), culminating in conscious yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra).
Philosophy & Teaching Practicum
Explore Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. Develop essential teaching skills including class structure, sequencing, and apply them through supervised teaching and peer observation.

Participants are provided with shared or private rooms at our boutique guesthouse. Each room includes basic furnishings, comfortable bedding, and attached bathrooms with hot water.
Common spaces are available for quiet reflection and relaxation. The overall atmosphere is intentionally calm and supportive, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in learning.
Satvic Yogic Diet
All meals follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity.
The food philosophy emphasizes fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are completely avoided to promote metabolic balance.
