Ayurveda Lifestyle & Healing Therapies

Introduction to daily routines, digestion, energy balance, and seasonal awareness. Traditional Ayurvedic wellness therapies support detoxification, circulation, and physical recovery.

Asana: Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga

Daily sessions rooted in classical Hatha Yoga for alignment, alongside progressive Ashtanga-based practice to cultivate strength, discipline, and breath coordination.

Pranayama, Meditation & Philosophy

Foundational pranayama techniques to influence vitality and nervous system regulation. Core yogic teachings are explored experientially as practical guidance for modern life.

Sacred Immersion & Deep Relaxation

Visits to sacred sites and reflective time by the Ganges. Evening Sound healing and Yoga Nidra sessions regulate the nervous system and promote restorative rest.
