Conscious Breathing & Satkarma

Structured breath techniques to expand lung capacity, paired with traditional cleansing techniques (Satkarma) to purify internal pathways and create lightness in the body.

Hatha & Ashtanga Asana

Balanced practice rooted in Hatha for stability, and Ashtanga for vitality. Sessions are designed to strengthen the body while sensitizing it to refined breath awareness.

Meditation & Mantra Chanting

Sacred mantra recitation and guided meditation to calm the mind. Sound vibration and silence work together to steady the mind and elevate inner focus.

Relaxation & Yogic Sleep (Nidra)

Guided relaxation practices to release tension and support deep rest. This conscious rest allows the nervous system to reset and the mind to settle into effortless stillness.
