Set within a calm and nurturing natural environment, the retreat is designed for corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-functioning individuals carrying chronic stress, mental fatigue, or burnout.

Drawing from yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and Ayurvedic healing, the program gently guides participants toward deep rest and emotional release without pressure to perform or “fix” anything. Each day supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and gradual restoration.

Nature Immersion & Digital Detox

Sound Therapy & Ayurvedic Massage
