Ujjayi Breath & Bandhas
In-depth understanding of Ujjayi pranayama and internal energy locks (Mula, Uddiyana, and Jalandhara Bandha) to create internal heat, stability, and energetic control.
Philosophy: The 8 Limbs of Yoga
Exploration of Patanjali's Eight Limbs and how discipline, self-study, and devotion form the foundation of an authentic Ashtanga practice.
Teaching Method & Alignment
