Satvic Yogic Meals

All meals during the training follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity. Daily meals include a light and nourishing breakfast, a balanced and energising lunch, and a simple, easy-to-digest dinner.

The food philosophy emphasizes fresh vegetarian cooking using seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils, with limited oils and spices. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are avoided. This mindful approach to nutrition supports physical conditioning, digestive health, metabolic balance, and promotes calm, focused mental states throughout the program.

Note: Our accommodation and meals are designed to complement your yogic journey — creating a supportive space for rest, reflection, and holistic wellbeing.

Learning Modules

Classical Pranayama Techniques
Students are guided through foundational techniques such as Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, and Nadi Shodhana. Each method is taught progressively with emphasis on safety, rhythm, and awareness, allowing practitioners to experience how breath influences both energy and mental clarity.

Breath & Nervous System Regulation
Understanding the connection between breath and the autonomic nervous system. Participants learn how specific breathing patterns activate relaxation responses, reduce stress, and restore inner balance.

Theory of Prana & Energy Flow
Introduction to the yogic concept of prana and the subtle energy channels (nadis). This module bridges traditional philosophy with modern understanding of respiratory and energetic health.

Meditation & Subtle Awareness
Breath-centered meditation practices that cultivate stillness, concentration, and refined internal awareness. Students begin to observe the breath as a gateway to deeper consciousness.

Yoga Nidra & Integration
Guided yogic relaxation to integrate pranayama practices. This conscious rest resets the nervous system and supports long-term emotional and mental stability.
