Satvic Yogic Meals

All meals during the training follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity. Daily meals include a light and nourishing breakfast, a balanced and energising lunch, and a simple, easy-to-digest dinner.

The food philosophy emphasizes fresh vegetarian cooking using seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils, with limited oils and spices. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are avoided. This mindful approach to nutrition supports physical conditioning, digestive health, metabolic balance, and promotes calm, focused mental states throughout the program.

Note: The schedule is tentative and may be modified based on operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

Retreat Learning Modules

Pranayama & Conscious Breathing Practices
Structured breath techniques to expand lung capacity, regulate the nervous system, and enhance pranic flow. These practices cultivate subtle awareness, helping participants experience the breath as a bridge between body and mind.

Satkarma (Yogic Cleansing Practices)
Introduction to traditional cleansing techniques that prepare the body for deeper pranayama and meditation. By gently purifying internal pathways, these methods create clarity and lightness in both body and breath.

Basic Pranayama & Breath Awareness
Students learn essential breathing techniques to enhance lung capacity and calm the nervous system. Emphasis is placed on developing awareness of breath to support both physical and mental well-being.

Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Asana
Balanced practice rooted in Hatha for stability and alignment, and Ashtanga for breath-linked movement and vitality. Each session is designed to strengthen the body while sensitizing it to refined breath awareness.

Meditation & Mantra Chanting
Sacred mantra recitation and guided meditation to calm the mind and deepen concentration. Sound vibration and silence work together to steady the mind and elevate inner focus.

Relaxation & Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra)
Guided relaxation practices to release tension and support deep rest. This conscious rest allows the nervous system to reset and the mind to settle into effortless stillness.

Philosophy & Inner Reflection
Foundational teachings to help integrate breath awareness into daily life. Through reflective inquiry, participants begin to embody yogic wisdom beyond the mat and into everyday experience.
