Satvic Yogic Meals

All meals during the training follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity. Daily meals include a light and nourishing breakfast, a balanced and energising lunch, and a simple, easy-to-digest dinner.

The food philosophy emphasizes fresh vegetarian cooking using seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils, with limited oils and spices. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are avoided. This mindful approach to nutrition supports physical conditioning, digestive health, metabolic balance, and promotes calm, focused mental states throughout the program.

Note: Our accommodation and meals are designed to complement your yogic journey — creating a supportive space for rest, reflection, and holistic wellbeing.

Retreat Learning Modules

Asana Practice: Hatha & Gentle Vinyasa
Structured sessions rooted in Hatha Yoga and gentle Vinyasa flow focus on alignment, stability, and breath coordination. Practices are layered to support both beginners and experienced practitioners, encouraging safe progression and embodied awareness.

Pranayama & Breath Awareness
Systematic exploration of conscious breathing techniques that support mental clarity, emotional regulation, and energetic balance. Participants develop a deeper understanding of how breath influences the nervous system and mindful presence.

Meditation & Mindfulness Practices
Guided meditation sessions cultivate concentration, awareness, and inner stillness. Both seated and guided practices help participants experience how mindfulness naturally arises through consistent observation of breath and sensation.

Yoga Philosophy in Practice
Experiential discussions on core yogic principles—including the Eight Limbs of Yoga—presented as practical tools for daily living rather than abstract theory.

Body Awareness & Functional Understanding
Sessions exploring posture, movement patterns, and breath from a functional perspective, helping participants understand how yoga supports long-term wellbeing and safe practice.

Sound Healing & Integration Practices
Evening sound healing and guided relaxation sessions allow the nervous system to settle and support integration of daily learning.

Reflective Practices: Satsang & Journaling
Facilitated group discussions and journaling sessions encourage self-inquiry, reflection, and meaningful integration of insights gained during the retreat.
