The 14-Day Yoga & Inner Balance Retreat is a long-form immersion designed for those who wish to live yoga—not simply practice it. Rather than offering a packed schedule, this retreat unfolds as a gradual process of learning, embodiment, and self-discovery. The extended duration allows the nervous system to settle, habits to soften, and awareness to deepen naturally through repetition, reflection, and integration. Unlike shorter retreats focused primarily on experience, this two-week journey creates space to observe patterns in the body, breath, and mind over time. Participants begin to understand not only how yoga feels but how it works.

Satvic Yogic Meals

All meals during the training follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity. Daily meals include a light and nourishing breakfast, a balanced and energising lunch, and a simple, easy-to-digest dinner.

The food philosophy emphasizes fresh vegetarian cooking using seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils, with limited oils and spices. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are avoided. This mindful approach to nutrition supports physical conditioning, digestive health, metabolic balance, and promotes calm, focused mental states throughout the program.

Note: Our accommodation and meals are designed to complement your yogic journey — creating a supportive space for rest, reflection, and holistic wellbeing.

Retreat Learning Modules

Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Asana Practice
Alignment-aware Hatha Yoga combined with progressive Ashtanga principles cultivates stability, strength, and mindful flow. Practices are adaptable for all levels, allowing beginners to build foundations and experienced practitioners to refine depth and clarity.

Yoga Anatomy & Functional Body Awareness
Participants explore anatomy experientially within asana, developing awareness of the spine, joints, and movement patterns. This understanding supports safer practice, longevity, and intelligent adaptation.

Pranayama & Breath Awareness
Breathwork sessions introduce natural breathing awareness and gentle pranayama techniques to regulate the nervous system and enhance vitality. Participants learn how breath supports emotional balance and energetic stability.

Meditation & Mindfulness Practices
Guided meditation gradually evolves into longer self-led practice. Over two weeks, stillness, clarity, and sustained attention deepen naturally.

Yoga Philosophy & Applied Yogic Living
Core yogic teachings are explored as living principles rather than abstract concepts. Participants reflect on how philosophy informs daily life, conscious decision-making, and self-study.

Rest, Reflection & Integration
Spacious afternoons, journaling, and contemplative time support embodiment of learning. Integration is emphasized as essential—not optional—to lasting transformation.
