Satvic Yogic Meals

All meals during the training follow a satvic vegetarian diet, thoughtfully prepared to support digestion, sustained energy, and mental clarity. Daily meals include a light and nourishing breakfast, a balanced and energising lunch, and a simple, easy-to-digest dinner.

The food philosophy emphasizes fresh vegetarian cooking using seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lentils, with limited oils and spices. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, and intoxicants are avoided. This mindful approach to nutrition supports physical conditioning, digestive health, metabolic balance, and promotes calm, focused mental states throughout the program.

Note: Our accommodation and meals are designed to complement your yogic journey — creating a supportive space for rest, reflection, and holistic wellbeing.

Retreat Learning Modules

Yoga Asana Practice (Hatha & Ashtanga)
Daily sessions rooted in classical Hatha Yoga for alignment and stability, alongside progressive Ashtanga-based practice to cultivate strength, discipline, and breath coordination. Emphasis is placed on safe progression and individual pacing.

Pranayama & Breath Awareness
Foundational and intermediate pranayama techniques are explored progressively. Participants develop a deeper understanding of prana and its influence on vitality, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

Meditation & Mindfulness Practices
Guided seated meditation and mindfulness practices cultivate steadiness, clarity, and self-observation. Over ten days, meditation naturally deepens into longer periods of quiet presence.

Yoga Philosophy & Applied Wisdom
Core yogic teachings are explored experientially, encouraging reflection on lifestyle, intention, and conscious living. Philosophy is presented as practical guidance for modern life.

Ayurveda: Lifestyle & Wellness
Introduction to Ayurvedic principles including daily routines, digestion, energy balance, and seasonal awareness. Participants gain practical tools for long-term sustainable health.

Ayurvedic Therapies & Healing
Traditional Ayurvedic wellness therapies support detoxification, circulation, and deep relaxation. These treatments assist in physical recovery and emotional regulation.

Sound Healing & Deep Relaxation
Sound-based healing practices, Yoga Nidra, and guided relaxation sessions regulate the nervous system and promote restorative rest.

Sacred Immersion & Nature Connection
Visits to sacred sites and traditional ashrams, along with reflective time by the Ganges, support integration of outer pilgrimage with inner transformation.
